No. 03 — About
How I got here
When I was a kid, I opened up a computer just to see what was inside. What stayed with me wasn’t the hardware. It was the feeling that anything, once you open it, can be understood.
I’ve been doing the same thing ever since; the boxes just got bigger. First software, then teams, then whole companies. Today I lead technology, and most of what I do is open things up. The problem people bring me is rarely the real one. The real one usually lives between the technology, the team and the business — in incentives, in processes, in decisions nobody made.
My job is to find it, and then make it obvious. Simple enough that everyone else can see it too.
The curiosity hasn’t changed. I try AI models and tools before they go mainstream, I read well outside tech, and I study how companies win: business models, incentives, founders’ stories, where the money is moving.
This is where I write down what I find — starting soon: a new piece every Monday and short notes every day, on AI, teams, business and systems.
